Free DPDP consent scan
TrustMark reads your live pages the way a regulator would — the form itself, the notice behind it, and the trackers that fire before anyone clicks anything — then scores your consent capture against the DPDP Act. You get the score without signing up for anything.

Findings appear as they are confirmed, starting with your page source in the first few seconds.

Every finding with its selector, evidence and remediation step, prepared for you and sent by a person — not generated automatically. Tell us where to send it.
Consent captured through Consent Hub. Nothing is pre-ticked, the second box is optional, and neither is required to see your score above.
Path forward
Every rule carries a published weight, so the score after each fix is arithmetic rather than a guess.
Some fixes make a rule that did not previously apply start counting — gate your trackers and we can finally test whether rejecting them works. The denominator grows as you improve, which is why a later step can be worth less than it looks.
13 Nov 2026 · penalties become available and Consent Manager registration opens.
13 May 2027 · notice, consent, rights, retention, transfers and breach obligations all apply.
Limits
It is not legal advice. It is an automated reading of publicly accessible pages at a point in time, and it can be wrong. Tell us when it is.
It is not published. Your result is visible to you and to nobody else. We keep no public league table and will never send anyone their score unasked.
It does not touch your data. We never submit a form, never sign in, and never store text from your pages — only hashes of it.
It only sees the front door. A free scan reads your public pages. Consent captured inside a logged-in app, a mobile SDK or a call centre script is invisible to it — which is usually where the harder problems live.
